I went there for lunch at around 12 and got a Big Mac meal and within and hour I felt like my stomach was about to explode with shit, I threw up a couple times and wasn’t able to sleep because of the constant having to go to the bathroom  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos
