I went there for lunch at around 12 and got a Big Mac meal and within and hour I felt like my stomach was about to explode with shit, I threw up a couple times and wasn’t able to sleep because of the constant having to go to the bathroom  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

1/14/2018 Ate a tuna sandwich with nephew in the afternoon started felling sick around 5 p. m. Nephew and I started vomiting, both were nauseous, and I had a diarrhea all night until morning.
