I bought two chicken salad with balsamic dressing on March 27 2018 around 11 am. That night I was up all night with diarrhea and vomiting. This is day 4 of diarrhea. Still slowly being able eat yet. I ate at Denny’s on March 25, 2018; near LAX. Had the Salmon skillet and chicken noofdkr soup. This was about 9:30 PM.
At 4:00 AM, pacific time I awake at Four Points Sheraton with EXPLOSIVE DIARRHEA.
Only food I consumed was From Dennys.
Two doctor visits? Probably Staph or Ecoli the Doc says  | Síntomas: Diarrea
