Went for buffet at 6 pm, Ate a salad and several slices of pizza. Woke up with stomach cramps about 3 AM. Kept getting worse stomachache so I took a couple antacids. No change and was getting unbearable. Took peptobismol. Diarrhea began about 5-6 AM I feel like I need to throw up!!!  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Otro, Obstáculo, Dolor de estómago

Had a whopper, tator tots and a Dr Pepper, I am the only one that ate. It took a little over an hour before I had become full blown sick.  | Síntomas: Vómitos, Náusea, Fiebre, Diarrea

I ate the market place pizza at 7:30 PM. Was puking by 12:30am till 6:30am. Passed out had diarrhea at 7:15 dehydration and excessive tiredness till currently, 3 of us got sick 1 got apx 5 hrs with sever symptoms 1 got sick 5 hrs later with mild symptoms 1 got sick with mild symptoms 12 hrs  | Síntomas: Vómitos, Deshidratación, Diarrea
