At 6:30pm 12/27/17 Matt Poxon purchased hot dog at Sam's Club. He became ill at 11:00pm. Vomiting & diahrea. At emergency room at 6am 12/28/16. After CT scan, IV, and xray, released at 11am.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos

I ate a crunchy taco and a beefy potatorito, my boyfriend also ate there but I'm not sure what he had. We both bagan experiencing nausea about an hour after we ate. Both fiance and I ordered the Cajun shrimp and chicken pasta. My symptoms started the same night and are still kicking my butt 2 days later. Fiance started the next morning but less severe.
