Comí el tazón de burrito de pollo con frijoles negros, arroz integral, salsa mediana y picante, crema agria, queso y lechuga. Comí a la 1:00 p.m., a las 6:00 p.m. Tenía escalofríos, fiebre y náuseas. Me desperté varias veces durante la noche para vomitar. Siente náuseas con diarrea al día siguiente.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Fiebre, Vómitos, Escalofríos

Last night I went out with my boyfriend for food. I ate a number 1 with tots and half of a small chocolate milkshake. Ever since then, my stomach has been feeling horrible and can't seem to fix the problem.
