I had the chicken burrito bowl w/ black beans, brown rice, medium and hot salsa, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. Ate 1:00PM, by 6:00PM I had the chills, fever, and nausea. Woke up numerous times throughout the night to vomit. Still feel Nausea with diarrhea the next day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills

Last night I went out with my boyfriend for food. I ate a number 1 with tots and half of a small chocolate milkshake. Ever since then, my stomach has been feeling horrible and can't seem to fix the problem. It has been ongoing and have no idea what to do besides wait it out and suffer.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
