I had the chicken burrito bowl w/ black beans, brown rice, medium and hot salsa, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. Ate 1:00PM, by 6:00PM I had the chills, fever, and nausea. Woke up numerous times throughout the night to vomit. Still feel Nausea with diarrhea the next day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
