Had 3 soft Tacos and 2 burritos yesterday (3/21/2016) between 3-8 pm. Woke up at 5am and had watery stool 5x and vomiting once between 5-8am. Again, at work between 9am-2pm watery stool 2x so far and vomited once. And my temperature starting to spike again.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Fiebre, Vómitos

Ate a rice bowl with chicken, cheese, guacamole, white rice, sour cream, and lettuce. 30 minutes later, I was throwing it all back up and felt nausea for 14 hours. Have had a fever shortly after I started getting sick. Never eating at any Chipotle again!  | Síntomas: Náusea, Fiebre, Vómitos
