I ate a SB panini yesterday for lunch, at midnight I woke up with a pain in my stomach.I spent an hour throwing up and diarrhea.I tried to lay down but repeatedly visited the bathroom until 2pm...it was exhausting.My stomach isn't 100% yet, I'm currently under a blanket hoping it will go away.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos

I ate a spicy Italian panini from Starbucks in Springfield, Massachusetts. I ate most of the sandwich then noticed an odd flavor covered by the spicy peppers. Opened it up and the salami was GREY. No need for explication as to why I've been in the bathroom all night...  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea

A few hours after eating a Tomato & Mozzarella Panini from Starbucks off of Federal & 44th in Denver Co. , I was nausea.
