Multiple products recalled due to undeclared soy and sulphites

Boucherie des Lacs, a Quebec-based company, has issued a recall for multiple products due to the undeclared presence of soy and sulphites. The products were distributed exclusively at their establishment in Témiscouata-sur-le-Lac. The issue was discovered during routine inspections by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPAQ). The company is recalling the products as a precautionary measure. To date, no cases of allergic reactions associated with the consumption of these foods have been reported to MAPAQ.The recalled products include:
- Mexican Pâté
- Chicken Pot Pie
- Salmon Pate
- Tourtière
- Blueberries Pie
- Sugar Pie
- Blueberry, Blackberry, Strawberry, Raspberry Pie
- Strawberry Tart
- Apple Pie
- Blueberry and Raspberry Pie
- Apple and Sugar Pie
- Strawberry and Rhubarb Tart
- Chocolate Pie
- Coconut Pie
- Maple Pie
- Lemon Pie
All formats and lots lacking a label indicating the presence of Soy and Sulphites are included in the recall.
The products were sold in a cardboard box with a window or in transparent plastic film, either refrigerated or frozen.
If you have this product at home, do not consume it and return it to the store where it was purchased.
