I had a bowl with sofritas, rice, sour cream, veggies, and lettuce for dinner. Around 4 am I woke with watery diarrhea and nausea. My stomach feels like it has a brick in it still at 10am. No vomiting yet but I feel like I could.

Chipotle salad made me throw up undigested food 6 hours later hours after eating. I was so very sick. It was all I ate today.
