J'ai mangé un burrito chipotle vers 12h30 le 4/30/2021 et j'ai commencé à remarquer des symptômes vers 14h30. J'ai eu de la diarrhée vers 17h30 et j'ai commencé à vomir à 6 heures. J'ai vomi toute la nuit jusqu'à ce que la nourriture soit sortie. C'est moi qui suis tombé malade.

Ate a burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, chicken, tomato, corn, and cheese on 12/19. Symptoms began that night and have continued for 2 days/nights so far.
