我在 2021 年 4 月 30 日下午 12 点 30 分左右吃了一只芝士卷饼，并在 2 点 30 分左右开始注意到症状。我在 5 点 30 分左右出现腹泻，6 点开始呕吐。我整夜都扔掉直到几乎所有的食物都用完了。只是我生病了。

Ate a burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, chicken, tomato, corn, and cheese on 12/19. Symptoms began that night and have continued for 2 days/nights so far.

The first time I ate at this location in July I had a burrito bowl with all vegetables (white rice, black beans, fajita vegetables, salsa , corn , sour cream , guac, cheese, and lettuce ). The food tasted delicious but within an hour after eating it…
