J'ai acheté des bébés épinards biologiques en sac dans notre magasin local. Je ne mange pas beaucoup de choses différentes dans mon alimentation en raison d'allergies. J'ai mangé les épinards dans un smoothie avec des pêches surgelées, des fraises surgelées, des amandes, de l'eau et des épinards.…

I bought their white bread and made a few sandwiches throughout the week and suffered diarrhea. I didn’t think it would be from the bread but the symptoms went away a few days without eating it and I recently made myself a sandwich and the symptoms are back.

We had the spinach dip which I suspect wasn’t refrigerated properly due to recent snow storms (on truck too long, loss of power...etc). Within 30 mins my husband and I were violently ill though after a long night we recovered relatively quickly.

Le 17 avril 2018, je me sentais bien jusqu'à environ 3 heures après avoir mangé la ligne thaïlandaise et les noix de cajou chiliennes que j'avais achetées le 15 avril. Puis j'ai eu un gros mal de tête, puis des nausées. Je croyais que j'avais une migraine.…
