Went to an event Thursday night, 9/5. The food for the small plates was purchased at this store...I indulged. Friday around 1 pm is when the first diarrhea issues showed face, it’s been an awful weekend in and out of bathroom. 26 times Friday night alone.

Became violently ill three hours after consuming 365 Parmesan cheese. Vomiting for several hours post consumption nausea fever and diarrhea. Distended stomach severe abdominal pain. Vomiting for several hours. Second time I became ill from Whole Foods products.
