Report date: Apr 27, 202610. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: instructed to repair metering faucets at the handwashing sinks in the kitchen staff unisex washroom/girls washroom located on the first floor. The faucets shall provide a flow of water for at least 15 seconds without the need to reactivate the faucet.
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed no hot running water at the handwashing sinks in the 1st floor boys washroom and handwashing sinks at 2nd floor girls washroom water temperature ranging from (72. 3f-77. 7f) at this time of inspection. Instructed management handwashing sinks water temperature must be provided of at least 100 f through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Instructed management to repair and maintain as required. Priority violation 7-38-030(c).

- comments: observed no paper towels provided in the 2nd floor boys washroom. Instructed to provide paper towels at all handwashing sinks at all times. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c).

- comments: observed stained cutting boards in the kitchen prep area. Instructed to resurface or replace the cutting boards and maintain.
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: observed no covered waste receptacle provided in the kitchen staff unisex washroom. Must provide and maintain.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed blackened, damaged corner wall near the three compartment sink. Must repair and maintain. Observed section of peeling paint at ceiling over the kitchen prep area. Must repair to smooth, easily cleanable surface and maintain.
