I went to Chipotle off 1512 Walnut St for dinner last night (4/12/2018) around 5 pm. Got a chicken salad with brown rice, dressing, no beans, 2 scoops of mild salsa, 1 scoop of corn, sour cream, no chips nor guacamole. WORST NIGHT OF MY LIFE! | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements
