- comments: observed the front door in poor repair at the bottom (worn weather stripping). Must replace to prevent possible entry point for pests.

- comments: observed ice build up inside the ice cream display freezer. Must defrost and clean.

- comments: observed washroom fixtures dirty. Must clean and maintain.

- comments: observed the outside dumpster in poor repair (missing lid). Instructed manager to repair and maintain to prevent access to possible food source for pests. Priority foundation citation issued #7-38-020(b).

- comments: observed the utility sink room with a clutter of items on the floor. Instructed to remove and/or organize clutter as a means of preventing possible harboring space for pest and or insects.
