- comments: all dry bulk food containers such as with sugar,flour,salt,etc must be properly labeled with common name outside the container.

- comments: found evidence of mice droppings by the mop sink area over 40 total and in the basement on the north side storage area over 20 total. Instructed to clean the area,remove the mice droppings and maintain. Instructed to have additional inspection by the pest control technician. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) no citation issued.
