10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed improper minimum water temperature of 77. 6f at handwashing sink in first floor northside all gender washroom. Instructed a handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide water at a temperature of at least 100f through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Priority violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued.

- comments: observed approximately 15 small flies in bakery near dish machine. Instructed to eliminate small fly activity in facility and clean affected areas, recommended licensed pest control company service facility on or after 5/14/2026. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) citation issued

- comments: observed opening in middle of rear receiving double doors in middle, observed openings at base and in middle of northside front entrance and observed opening at base and corner of southside front entrance door. Instructed to seal all outer openings to prevent pest entrance.

- comments: observed bug lights installed above wrapping machine in deli prep area and above boxes of single use equipment in bakery. Instructed to relocate said items in said areas or reinstall bug lights to prevent contamination.

- comments: observed both faucets at deli three compartment sink leaking. Instructed to repair both leaking faucets at deli three compartment sink and maintain

- comments: observed waste water overflowing from lid of grease trap onto floor when draining any compartment of three compartment sink in meat prep area. Instructed manager to repair grease trap in meat prep area for appropriate waste water drainage. Priority violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued

- comments: observed no covered receptacle in second floor employee women's washroom. Instructed to provide covered receptacle in second floor employee women's washroom for sanitary products.

- comments: observed stained or missing ceiling tiles on sales floor in produce area and in bakery near dish machine. Instructed to replace all stained or missing ceiling tiles on sales floor in produce area and in bakery near dish machine and maintain.
