- comments: observed over 100 mice droppings scattered on floor under shelving units, on cardboard boxes in serving area, on ledges behind serving area, on bottom surfaces of hot holding units in prep area, on bottom of prep tables in rear prep area, on pallets and equipment in storage area. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) citation issued

- comments: observed single service articles not inverted. Instructed manager to invert all single service articles to protect from contamination.

- comments: observed grease buildup and food debris on interior and exterior surfaces of cooking equipment, prep tables, shelving units, holding units, coolers, freezers. Instructed manager to clean and maintain all food and non-food contact surfaces and equipment.

- comments: observed grease buildup and food debris on floor under all equipment, along walls and in all corners in serving, prep, storage and dishwashing areas. Instructed manager to clean and maintain floors in all areas.
