I ate a portobello mushroom egg Benedict around 4 pm, which contained spinach, yolked eggs, and biscuits 7/7. I ate a veggie wrap on 7/6 around 3 pm from Dustins Bakery. I ate veggie pasta & a peanut butter chocolate 'cake' at 6 pm 7/5 at the Crooked Pine. Felt hot before heading to bed at 12:45 am 7/8. First abdominal cramp occurred after laying down at 1 am. Was awakened at 2:45 am with diarrhea. Laid back down at 3:05 am. Back up at 3:10 am. Guessing it was the eggs based on symptoms and timeline. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Crampes
