Report date: May 7, 202622. Proper cold holding temperatures
- comments: observed cooked rice stored in the walk-in cooler with a temperature of 51f. Management instructed to maintain all cold tcs foods below 41f. Priority violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed live insect activity in the dishwashing area. Observed 5 live cockroaches on and behind the electrical outlet located beneath the dish washing area. Also observed approx. 50 live small flying insects on the walls and water lines underneath the dishwashing area. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate all pest activity. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

- comments: clean the food debris on the storage racks in the walk-in cooler, deep fryer, and top of the dishwashing machine.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: clean the floor and walls of the food prep and dishwashing areas. Maintain the floor dry in the dishwashing area.
