Ordered 2 quarter pounders. 3-4 hours later stomach began hurting real bad. Ran to the bathroom had diarrhea real bad and then proceeded to vomit multiple times . Had diarrhea, a fever, and threw up multiple times during the night and next morning. Still feel sick writing… Voir plus

Jack in the box, My son ate about 5pm on Sunday 3/31/19 the rest of our family ate at a different restaurant. Around 9:15-8:30 he vomited a huge amount. He cleaned up and tried to go back to bed. 20- 30 min later Vomiting and till the following day  | Symptômes: Vomissements, Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée

I ordered a Torta with Carne Asada. About an hour later I started to feel nauseas and as if I had over ate, but I didn't. Then an hour after that, I started having diarrhea. J'ai acheté une salade avec du rosbif, des œufs, du fromage bleu, du quinoa et de la romaine. L'estomac n'a jamais fait aussi mal qu'il y a une heure. Diarrhée violente avec douleurs abdominales horribles. Cela semble s'être calmé... pour l'instant...

My son bought a apple pecan salad at Wendy's on Sunday, January 20, 2019 @ about 7:30pm. He ate it and about 30 min to 1 hour later had a very upset stomach and diarrhea all night and nausea and vomited. I will contact the restaurant this morning.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
