Monday 3/5 I had a 2 cheeseburgers fries, shake, drink. Spent all of yesterday and today in bed, explosive diah for the last 3 days, cold sweats, tremors. Going to doctor or hospital today if symptoms don’t subside.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée

Ate 3 Crunch Taco Supreme (no lettuce, no tomato), 2 grilled steak soft taco (some pieces of lettuce and tomato), and chips and cheese nachos at approx. 18:00 -19:00 on 02/27. Symptoms of food poisoning began at 02:30 02/28 (8 hour incubation) and continued through the night… Voir plus

One of the workers had long fingernails way past the top of his fingertips. Pretty disgusting considering that you can’t have long nails if you are preparing food. Let it go because I thought maybe he didn’t make my pizza but all I know is I’m never eating at domino’s ever again.

Friend and I ordered two medium two topping pizzas for carry out and on one the topping was double pepperoni, and the other one was pepperoni and chicken. I have never had more of an upset stomach in my life.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée
