I went to eat chipotle yesterday after work. Around 4-5 I don't really remember but it was my first meal o eat all day. I order a chicken burrito bowl with pinto beans, fagitals sour cream , cheese , lettuce and hot salsa. I been feeling nausea vomiting , watering dearea , and some headead.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements

Ate a steak bowl with Guacamole, didn't eat the whole thing felt discomfort about 2 hrs later woke up around 1 am to use the bathroom went back bed woke up 2 hrs later to massive diarrea and after that was done vomited all that I ate,… Voir plus

I ordered a fajita bowl with double steak, tomatoes, corn, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. Within an hour and 30 minutes I suddenly had extreme, watery stools, nausea and vomiting.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
