4/21/20 I ate the Chow Mein. It was overwhelmed with onion, so I thought they just messed up and added too much. I also had the brocolli and chicken and orange chicken. But I have had constant diharrea, fever, and sever stomach pains since. This is now day 4. 4/22/20 Grilled chicken teriyaki entree. The drive-through line was very long and I’m guessing they rushed cooking the chicken. Within five minutes of eating I was violently vomiting and sweating profusely. This lasted for about five hours.  | Symptômes: Nausée, Vomissements, Transpiration
