- comments: 5-204. 11 observed a coffee pot on the ledge of the customer service counter. The coffee machine was not on during the inspection. Instructed to move coffee pot to a food prep area that contains a hand washing sink or install a hand washing sink by the customer service counter. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c).
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: 6-501. 111 observed evidence of rodent activity. Observed about 20 rodent droppings located along the wall (under a shelf) towards the rear food prep area. Instructed to clean and sanitize affected areas and recommended contacting pest control for a service. Priority foundation. Citation issued 7-38-020(a).

- comments: 6-201. 11 observed holes in the walls in various areas of the facility. Instructed to make all surfaces smooth and easily cleanable.
