- comments: observed hot water at handsink located in prep/dishwasing area @145f during time of inspection. How water shall have a maximum hot water temperature of 120f through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Must maintain. Priority foundation violation. #7-38-030 (c). Citation issued.

- comments: unable to locate thermometers inside prep coolers, intructed to provide.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed approximately 35 small rodent droppings on floors scattered underneath 3 compartment sink/prep and in basement throughout wood planks located under shelving racks used for storage. Instructed to contact pest control for service for additional service, remove droppings, clean and sanitize said areas. Must eliminate pest activity. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-020 (a). Citation issued.

- comments: observed handle to walk in cooler missing. Instructed to provide.

- comments: instructed to clean exterior surfaces of egg roll cooler located in prep area. Must maintain to prevent pest harborage.

- comments: observed water damaged ceiling tiles throughout prep and dining area. Instructed to replace and maintain smooth and easily cleanable surfaces.

- comments: observed food handlers without food handler certificates. Instructed to provide.

- comments: observed city of chicago certified food manager certificate holder without allergen training. Instructed to obtain and maintain on site for review.
