- comments: observed no maintained pest control log book containing recent service reports or the pest control company's illinois department of public health license number. Manager stated pest control company recently changed, but unable to provide any documentation. Instructed manager to provide a maintained pest control log book containing all necessary information as specified in the municipal code of chicago. Priority foundation violation, 7-38-020(c). Citation issued.
44. Utensils, equipment & linens: properly stored, dried, & handled
- comments: observed equipment and boxes of items for the store stored on the floor in the side dry storage/wine storage room in facility at time of inspection. Instructed manager to elevate all items at least 6 inches off the floor.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed mops stored in mop buckets filled with water in rear prep area at time of inspection. Instructed to store mops to allow for air drying in between use.

- comments: observed clutter and unneccessary items stored in side dry storage/wine storage room in faciilty. Insturcted manager to maintain and organize side storage and remove all items not neccessary to function of facility. Instructed to elevate all items.

Not exactly surprised that 7-Eleven has issues. One i used to go to among other issues, kept having expired product on the shelves, called them out on it multiple times on it, and nothing was done.
