- Inspectors reported finding 25 German cockroaches, with three in the middle of the walkway near the three-compartment sink and 22 at various life stages clustered around debris and wooden materials next to the freezer for ice bags. Additional violations included improper cleaning practices. Inspectors observed a clogged sink, preventing employees from properly washing dishes. One employee was seen attempting to clean a pizza cutter and container at the clogged sink, leaving visible food debris on the pizza cutter. Potentially hazardous foods were also found at unsafe temperatures, including breakfast sandwiches, chicken wings and pizza-stuffed pies.
