- comments: observed no clean-up supplies or written clean-up procedure on the premises to respond to vomit or diarrheal events. Management instructed to provide. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: observed no exposed hand washing sink located in the food preparation area. Management instructed to provide a separate exposed hand washing sink for hand washing only in the food preparation area. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

- comments: observed a container of bnc-15 sanitzer that is used to sanitize dishes on the premises. This container states that this product will be used for non-food contact surfaces only. Management instructed to provide an approved sanitizer to sanitize all dishes and utensils. Priority violation 7-38-015. Citation issued.

- comments: observed no pest control log book provided on the premises. Management instructed to provide a pest control log book from a licensed pest control company with at least 2 service visits per year and all required documentation. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(c). Citation issued.

- comments: observed no 3-compartment sink on the premises to wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes and utensils (wine glasses, cutting boards, knives, etc. ). Management instructed the installation of a 3-compartment sink with a grease trap and drain board to wash, rinse, and sanitize all utensils. Priority foundation violation 7-38-025. Citation issued.
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: observed no covered waste receptacles in the washrooms. Management instructed to provide a covered waste receptacle in all washrooms used by women.
54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed garbage filled over the lids top in all of the garbage dumpsters in the garbage room so that the dumpster lids could not be closed. Management instructed to provide adequate garbage pickup so that the dumpsters are not overflowing with garbage. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(b). Citation issued.
