- comments: 5-202. 12(a) observed inadequate hot water at the hand washing sink in the food prep area and in the 1st floor toilet room. At the time of the inspection, hot water at both hand washing sinks ranged from 61f-86f. Instructed to maintain 100f at all hand washing sinks at all times. Priority violation. Citation issued 7-38-030(c).
16. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
- comments: 4-501. 112(a:1&2) observed the high-temperature dish machine not properly sanitizing; at the time of the inspection, the manager tested the ht dish machine with a hot water test strip that measures the surface temperature of 160f, and the test strip indicated that the high-temperature dish machine was not sanitizing properly. Said dish machine tagged and held for inspection and may not be used. Priority violation. Citation issued 7-38-025.

- comments: 4-204. 115 observed the final rinse temperature gauge was not operable and did not indicate the final rinse temperature of the high-temperature dish machine at the time of the inspection. Instructed to repair. Priority foundation. Citation issued 7-38-005.
