- comments: observed expired food handler training certificates. Must provide for employees who prepare and handle food and, equipment and utensils.

60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: previous core violation not corrected from 3/11/2022, report #2552805. #10-found handwashing signage missing at multiple handwashing sinks throughout the facility. Must provide. #58-found all allergen certificates to be expired. Instructed management that all city of chicago certified food managers must complete allergen training and have certificates available. Priority foundation violation. 7-42-090. Citation issued.
