- comments: observed accumulated grease and food debris on interior and exterior surfaces of cooking equipment, stove, deep fryer, single burners. Instructed person in charge to clean and maintain.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: 3-compartment sink water line leaking behind right side compartment. Must repair and maintain 3-compartment sink.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: observed accumulated grease/food build up on ventilation hood and hood filters. Must clean and maintain ventilation hood/filters.
57. All food employees have food handler training
- comments: no food handlers training certificates on premises. Instructed manager all food handlers must be certified with names of employees on premises.
58. Allergen training as required
