- comments: observed foil used as liner on bottom of prep table in kitchen and raw wood used as shelving in dish washing area. Instructed manager to remove all foil and seal all wood surfaces to make smooth and easily cleanable.

- comments: observed hand washing sink slow draining and leaking drainpipe under 3-compartment sink in kitchen. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.
