- comments: observed three bathrooms on site without hand washing signs indicating employees to wash hands before returning to work. Instructed manager to provide signage at each bathroom. Observed no handwashing signage at the kitchen hand sink. Instructed manager to provide signage at kitchen hand sink indicating employees to wash hands.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed the floor in the corner of the office in the north basement below the internal shelves to be heavily soiled with debris and build up trash. Instructed manager to detail clean and maintain free of excessive build up.
58. Allergen training as required
- comments: observed the manager in charge with an expired allergen training certificate at time of inspection. Instructed manager to complete an updated course and maintain.
