- comments: must install a hand washing sink for hand washing purposes only behind the bar with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towels. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-030(c).

- comments: interior of the ice machines upper water reservoir and ice shoot noted with black and pink slime substance dripping down into the ice. Instructed to clean and sanitize all affected areas. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005 citation issued.
