I ordered a baked potato with butter and sour cream and asked if broccoli could be added. It took quite a long time to get my order. I drove back to work and opened the bag and found cheese had been added to the potato. I went ahead and ate the potato because I did not have enough time to take back. On my wat home I started having nausea. It escalated to hard vomiting and watery diarrhea every 15-20 min. Finally around 5:30 the next morning the vomiting and diarrhea stopped. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
