Gyro & Roast Beef Illness - Arby's, Statesville North Carolina

I ate the Greek Gyro w/o pita bread and w/o sauces. I also ate the Roast Beef w/ cheddar and 2 packets of their sauce and w/o the Onion Bun. About 3-4 hours after eating I started belching what tasted like farts. I went to sleep and woke up with cramping, nausea, still belching, sweating, chills, fever, and diarrhea around 1 am and again at 2 am.
