- comments: 2-101. 11 observed the person in charge without an original/valid city of chicago food service sanitation manager's certificate. Instructed to have a city of chicago food service sanitation manager on site and original/valid city of chicago food service sanitation certificate posted at all times. Priority foundation. Citation issued 7-38-012.
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: 5-202. 12(a) observed inadequate hot water at the hand washing sink located in the women's employee toilet room. At the time of the inspection the hot water only reached 66. 7f. Instructed to maintain adequate hot water (at least 100f) at all times. Priority violation. Citation issued 7-38-030(c).
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: 5-501. 17 observed no covered receptacle inside of the women's employee toilet room. Instructed to provide.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: 6-303. 11 observed inadequate light (not turning on) inside of the basement food prep area walk in cooler. Instructed to repair.
57. All food employees have food handler training
- comments: 2-102. 13 observed no proof of food handler training for all food handlers. At the time of the inspection only one food handler out of 3 food handlers had proof of food handler training. Instructed to meet requirement for all food handlers.
59. Previous priority foundation violation corrected
- comments: 8-404. 13(b:3) observed previous priority foundation violations from inspection report #2616152 dated 4/22/25 not corrected; 10 - no exposed handsinks found in the new kitchen on the high school side of the building; must install with hot and cold running water, soap and handtowels. 16 - no chemicals observed at the dishmachine in the new kitchen; must install and machine must be operable for testing. No booster observed at machine. 48 - found no three comp sink in new kitchen for manual wash rinse and sanitizing or chemicals. Must install with hot and cold running water and a drainboard. Instructed to correct previous priority foundation violations. Priority violation. Citation issued 7-42-090.
