- comments: observed no city of chicago certified food manager with the original city of chicago food service manager certificate on site, while the time/temperature control for safety foods (milk) has been prepared and served. Instructed a city of chicago certified food manager must be on site with the original foodservice manager certificate posted at all times while foods are being prepared and served. Priority foundation violation 7-38-012, citation issued
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: 5-202. 12 (a) inspector comments: observed no hot running water at the handwashing sink in the toilet room at the front entrance door, occuipied by the food handlers. The temperature of the said handwashing sink was 64. 0f. The hot water in the boys and girls toilet room on the second floor was not metting compliance the temperatures ranged 55. 4f-57. 9f. Instructed to have hot (100f) and cold running at all hand wash sinks. Priority violation 7-38-030(c), no citation issued.
50. Hot & cold water available; adequate pressure
- comments: 5-103. 12 observed the running water at the handwashing sinks in the girls toilet room on the second floor, under pressure. Instructed manager that adequate water pressure shall be provided to all fixtures, equipment, and nonfood equipment that are requried to use water. Priority violation 7-38-030(c), no citation issued.
