- comments: observed bulk dry food containers on the rear storage shelf not labeled with the common name of the food stored. Instructed to label all bulk dry food containers with the common name of the food stored and maintain at all times.

- comments: observed clean equipment in the rear storage area stored beneath dehumidifier. Instructed to relocate clean equipment such that it is not at risk of contamination from drip or splash from dehumidifier or provide means of preventing contamination such as barrier between dehumidifier and clean equipment and maintain.

51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed pipe (not in use, for soda machine from previous establishment) in the rear area to be leaking into bucket. Instructed to repair or remove not-in-use pipe to eliminate leak and maintain all plumbing fixtures in good repair.
