Observed dirt and debris on floor in rear area (office) as well. Instructed to clean and maintain as a means of preventing possible pest and or insect activity. -58. Observed no allergen training certification on site for manager on duty. Instructed to obtain and provide on site. Explained that city of chicago food service manager must have.
