- comments: must provide a thermometer for sliding glass reach in cooler in rear prep area and white refrigerator.

- comments: observed evidence of appx. 75 or more mice droppings in prep area ,in rear storage areaon floor and along wood wall base trim,behind coolers and freezers,storage racks,chip rack,lower shelf at candy counter,next to couch,toilet room (furnance & hot water tank area). Must remove droppings clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 3/12/25. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)
