Observed the floors behind cooking equipment in need of cleaning, clean floor inside of walk-in cooler and freezer. Clean floor behind large storage bins by freezer in rear area (corrected on site) clean floor inside furnace room (corrected on site). Clean walls inside of the walk-in cooler.
