- comments: observed facility without a chemical test kit on site for the sanitizer (bleach) being used for sanitizing. Informed person in charge a test kit that accurately measures the concentration of a sanitizing solution must be provided. Priority foundation violation, 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: observed faucet at the three compartment sink in disrepair with water leaking and splashing from the faucet. Instructed to repair and maintain.
