Undercooked Chicken Causes Illness - Hotel, Playa Blanca Canarias

Me and my family were on holiday at Barcelo Playa Blanca and had food poisoning from the hotel. Firstly at the lunch buffet I ordered chicken which was being freshly cooked. The chef asked ‘medium or well done’ to which I responded chicken can only be cooked through. I was served raw chicken but did not eat it. The next day I ordered freshly cooked fish, again it was undercooked but did not eat it. The next evening me and my family ate in the hotels Mexican restaurant we all ate chicken enchiladas and came down with food poisoning in the night. We met another family in there who also ate the same and had food poisoning the next day. When I reported it to the hotel manager I was dismissed saying it was a sickness bug. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
