- comments: 4-602. 13 clean the interior of the microwave, grill, chest freezer exterior, light shields in the food prep area, interior of 2-door prep cooler, the top of the stove and grease on the prep tables. Clean the grime buildup located along the bottom ledges of the low temperature dishwashing machine.

- comments: 6-501. 12 clean the grease on the floor beneath the cooking equipment, along the walls and corners and under the 3-compartment sink in the food prep area. Clean the walls and baseboards throughout the prep area with grease and soil buildup. Clean the food splatter, dust and soil buildup on the ceiling of the food prep area. Clean the grease on the wall behind the cooking equipment.

- comments: 6-501. 11 seal the holes in the basement concrete floor to eliminate pest harborage conditions. Repair the ceiling drywall above the hvac unit and next to the 1-door prep cooler with chipped paint. Replace the moldy caulking along the top edge of the 3-compartment sink. Seal the wall corner at the left hand side below the ventilation hood and behind the 2-door prep cooler. Seal the open gaps along the top edge of the baseboard in the food prep area.

- comments: 6-501. 114 remove all unnecessary items besides the patio furniture located on the ground in the basement to eliminate pest harborage conditions.

- comments: 8-404. 13(b)(3) previous priority foundation violation from report 2630703 on 2/3/26 not corrected: 38 - observed rat droppings too numerous to count located in the basement storage area where tables and equipment are stored along with the grease trap and hot water heater for the restaurant. Droppings are scattered throughout the basement and several square feet of large clumps of droppings were observed on the ground near the basement entrance, around the water heater and along the walls. Management instructed to clean all rodent droppings from the basement storage area. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090. Citation issued.
